Aloria ("we", "us") builds family trip plans. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why, and what your rights are. We collect as little as possible and we never sell it.
What we collect
Your trip answers — the ages of your children, where you're travelling from and to, dates, budget and interests you enter in the planner. We need these to build the plan.
Account details — if you create an account: your email, a name you choose, and a password. Trips you save are linked to your account.
Reviews & messages — anything you write in a review or the contact form, plus the name/email you attach to it.
Basic technical data — standard information your browser sends (like general location and device type) that our hosting provider logs to keep the site secure.
How we use it
To generate your trip plan and save it to your account.
To reply to your messages and support you.
To show reviews from families on the site (with the name you provide).
To improve the service and keep it secure.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we run no advertising or third-party tracking. To make the service work we use a small number of trusted providers:
Cloudflare — hosting and storage of the site and your saved data.
Anthropic — the AI that writes your plan and translates reviews. Your trip answers are sent to it to generate the plan.
Cookies & local storage
We use only what the site needs to work — for example your language choice and your saved trips, kept in your browser's local storage. No advertising cookies, no tracking pixels.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the data we hold about you. Just contact us through the form on the site and we'll do it.
Children
Aloria is a tool for parents and guardians planning trips. Accounts are meant to be created by adults. We don't knowingly collect data directly from children.
Contact

Aloria is pre-launch: there are no payments and no customers yet. This policy will be updated before any paid service goes live.
